Notes: St. Paul (12-0) plays Legacy Christian (10-2) attempting to reach the state final for the first time since 2012 when it won the state championship.
St. Paul beat Texas School for the Deaf 56-12 in the regional round, and Legacy Christian claimed a 52-20 win over Hallettsville Sacred Heart, a district opponent of St. Paul, in a game played at The Woodlands Christian.
The two playoff wins for Legacy Christian are the first in school history.
St. Paul has yielded a total of 40 points this season and has eight shutouts.
Legacy Christian's Willie Jones has passed for 2,573 yards and 31 touchdowns, Kandin Robertson has rushed for 1,127 yards and 16 touchdowns, and Darren Lacy has 44 catches for 724 yards and five touchdowns.
St. Paul's T.J. Bell has rushed for 1,392 yards and 28 touchdowns, and Austin Barton has passed for 1,000 yards and 18 touchdowns. St. Paul's Ryan Geiger has five interceptions.
The winner advances to the state final against the winner of Saturday's game between Cedar Hill Trinity Christian and Dallas First Baptist.
