ST. PAUL CARDINALS AT YORKTOWN WILDCATS

Notes: St. Paul travels from Shiner to open the season against Yorktown.
St. Paul advanced to the TAPPS Division III regional playoffs last season and finished 9-3.
Yorktown finished in a three-way tie for second in District 14-2A, Division II and gained a playoff berth by virtue of the district's points formula.
Yorktown advanced to the bi-district round and finished 6-5.
St. Paul's T.J. Bell rushed for 1,971 yards and 38 touchdowns last season.
